1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ybajee platform and all its services. ybajee is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi players, offering casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services.

Account rules:

• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Account passwords and login credentials must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the ybajee support team immediately.
• The account holder is fully responsible for all activities carried out on their account.
• As part of the verification process (KYC), ybajee may request identification documents or other supporting documents.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the ybajee platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

• You must be mentally capable of managing gaming responsibly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ybajee offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its new and regular players. All bonuses are provided subject to the terms below.

Welcome Bonus:

• New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳8,000 and receive ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
• To withdraw the bonus, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount.
• The bonus applies once only and will be awarded with the first deposit only.

General bonus terms:

• Each bonus has its own validity period, wagering requirements, and maximum bet limit.
• The specified wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If multiple accounts or fraudulent methods are used to claim bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• ybajee reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus balance and real balance are calculated separately.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed to ensure safe and fair betting and gaming activities on the ybajee platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, ybajee will make a decision based on the circumstances.
• Results of slots and casino games are determined entirely through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• For sports betting, prizes will be determined based on official results.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event ("Arbitrage betting") is prohibited.
• ybajee reserves the right to void any bet to ensure the proper use of its gaming services.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

ybajee places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and never a cause of addiction or problems.

• Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account if they wish.
• Players may voluntarily self-exclude their account for a specific period of time or permanently.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ybajee platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

11. Limitation of Liability

ybajee accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account.
• Circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, government orders, and similar events.
